Supporting Our Local Schools

Education is important to Kande and she started her focus with her own children. Even though her children are now grown, she continues to support local schools’ fund raising efforts regularly donating her time and energy.

She also coordinates with local colleges and participates in their intern programs. Kande mentors the students and provides them with the opportunity to work in the industry where they gain the real world fashion experience necessary to complete their studies.
