  • 1. How do I earn VIP Rewards Points?

    You earn points with every purchase from French Kande—and that’s just the beginning. New members receive 250 welcome points, and you can earn more by leaving product reviews and referring friends.
    The number of points you earn—and the exclusive benefits you receive—are based on your tier in the FK Rewards Program. The higher your tier, the more perks you unlock, including free shipping, styling support, and access to extended customizations.
    Just make sure you’re logged into your FK account at checkout to have your points automatically added.

  • 2. How do I check my VIP Rewards Points balance?

    You can easily view your points balance by logging into your French Kande account. Your balance, along with your redemption history, is available in the “Points & Rewards” section.

  • 3. When are my points awarded?

    Your points will be awarded once your order has shipped. For points earned through reviews or social media tags, they will be added after verification.

  • 4. How do I redeem my points?

    You can now redeem your points by simply applying the desired amount from your total available balance at checkout. Please ensure you’re logged in to redeem. If you have previously converted your points into a coupon, you can view it under ‘My Coupons’ and apply your coupon code at checkout. A minimum of 1,000 points is required to create a coupon, with 1,000 points equaling $50 off
